Boer Boel

A Boer Boel is synonymously known as the South African Mastiff and is a popular guard or farm dog in many homes. These dogs are controversial because they are lethal as they are loyal. A Boer Boel killed a 59-year-old woman in North Carolina, and wouldn't let the police enter her home in response to a 911 call. There are benefits to owning a larger dog because it can protect the owner from attackers and intruders. These dogs can be man's best friend if a dog owner invests in training and socializing them. Proper training eliminates the chances of a dog acting up and turning vicious.
