What are binary options?

Binary options are also called digital options.

These are options that have a very short term and which give the trader the opportunity to achieve returns of up to 75% within a very short time, sometimes in just a few minutes.

In these cases, the trader only has to speculate whether, for example, the DAX or the gold price will decrease or rise at the end of the trading hour (in relation to the time at which the option is sold). If you bet, for example, that the DAX falls and it falls, you get your profit. However, if the DAX rises, you lose your stake completely. The Cash or Nothing principle is simple and the result of this is that prior knowledge is not required to trade such binary options. However, if you follow a few rules and use a good broker, the likelihood of success with binary options increases.

The term of binary options is short, usually it is either a minute, 15 minutes, half an hour, an hour or until the trading day has passed. It always depends on the provider of the binary option. The amount you need to use it is at least 25 euros. Before that, a minimum deposit has to be made, which in most cases is just as low and some providers pay the trader a deposit bonus of up to 100%. In other words, it doesn't take a long lead time to start trading binary options, you can start at any time.
